Keeping it simple today as I just arrived in Paris, so went to the local wine shop @arthusetjean for something sparkling and refreshing.

Decided to try a natural Pet Nat from the Bordeaux region made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This is an interesting wine, as is made by the daughter of the winery’s owner - so is a more modern experiment from a very traditional region. Super light and refreshing, perfect for a summer’s day 🌞
