St-Germain Spritz 🫧
Making something light, refreshing and Parisian this week - the French alternative to an Aperol spritz.
St-Germain is a French liqueur made with fresh elderflowers, picked once a year in late spring. Each bottle contains up to 1,000 elderflower blossoms!
This is a refreshing, super easy to make, and not too sweet spritz.
Recipe
- 40 ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 60ml Processo (or other sparkling wine)
- 60ml Sparkling Water
- Lemon twist / slice
